Our FOH team represents Fairbanks’ only brewpub. Team members are expected to learn our house-brewed beer program, guide guests through food and beer pairings, and deliver consistent, professional service to both locals and visitors traveling through Interior Alaska.
Guests often drive specifically to dine at Silver Gulch. We focus on making every visit worth the trip.

Our kitchen is a scratch kitchen. Many sauces, soups, desserts, and menu items are made in-house — and we proudly incorporate our beer into our cooking.
